Kenya International Setter Brian Melly left the country to link up with his new team after penning down a 3-month contract for a professional stint with Albanian top tier side Club PARTIZANI.
Melly was instrumental in the recent impressive performance by Kenya men’s national team, WAFALME in Rwanda where the team historically beat Giants Egypt in their opening match of the 2021 Africa Men’s Nations Championships.
Brian Joins a growing list of Kenyan Volleyball players who have turned professional and they include:
- Enock Mogeni – Smouha in Egypt
- Abiud Chirchir – Grand Nancy in France
- Michael Chemos – Mouloudia Sportive De Bou Salem in Tunisia
- Simion Kipkorir – Al Ibtsam club in Saudi Arabia
