Phoenix Suns defeated the San Antonio Spurs 115-110 this morning to clinch the best record in the Western Conference, this being their 10th win in a row. Uganda International scored his official NBA Game high against, the Uganda Silverbacks’ power forward played 20mins, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and scored 10 point.

The Suns entered the fourth down 91-79 and the San Antonio Spurs had been killing Suns, then Monty went small with Ishmail Wainright and Chris Paul just took over. The Suns began the fourth quarter with a 17-2 run to take the lead 96-93 and they stayed small the rest of the quarter.

Suns return to action on Wednesday 2nd February 2022 against Brooklyn nets.

As a result, Suns’ Coach Monty Williams has earned a spot as a head coach in the NBA All-Star Game for the first time.  He will be the Suns’ first NBA All-Star Game head coach since Mike D’Antoni in the 2006-07 season.
