Abuja, Nigeria April 2, 2025 – The Drawing of lots for the 2025 Women’s African club championship was done at Exclusive Serene Hotel in Abuja on Wednesday in presence of CAVB president and FIVB Vice president Bouchra Hajij.

After almost three decades of waiting, this prestigious tournament is being hosted by Nigeria, with sixteen teams confirmed to participate from April 1st to April 14th at Moshood Abiola Sport Stadium.

Host Customs Service of Nigeria will face Mayo Kane Evolution of Cameroun infront of home fans with support from the Chief Patron, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Thursday.

This is the second time the championship being held in Nigeria, after hosting it in 1996.
